Plain language, because you should be able to read this in three minutes. Questions about any of it, email jake@tradesaudit.com.
If you don't find your audit useful, email us and we will refund the full purchase price. You don't have to explain yourself and we won't argue about it. Ask any time up to 30 days after we deliver your report.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with and typically land within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. You keep the report and the video.
If you haven't received your report yet and you want to cancel, say so and we'll refund you immediately whether or not we've started work.
The Business Growth Audit is a one-time $249 analysis of your public online presence. It includes a written PDF report scored out of 100, a competitor comparison, a customer journey walkthrough, a prioritized 30-day action plan, and a recorded video walkthrough.
We deliver within five business days of purchase, starting the next business day after we receive your website and competitor details. If we're going to be late, we'll tell you before the deadline, not after.
We do not guarantee any increase in customers, leads, revenue, rankings, or reviews. Nobody honestly can. What we commit to is a specific, evidence-backed analysis and recommendations you can act on. Results depend on what you do with them.
Everything we analyze is publicly available: your website, your Google Business Profile, your social profiles, and your competitors' equivalents. We never ask for and never use passwords or account access.
To measure your real-world response time, we submit a quote request through your own contact form as a prospective customer would. The report discloses the exact date and time we did this so you can match it to your records.
We use AI tools to assist with research and drafting. A person reviews every finding and every recommendation before it reaches you, and no factual claim goes in a report unless we personally observed it.
What we collect. Your name, email address, business name, website, and the competitor names you give us. If you pay, Stripe collects and processes your payment details. We never see or store your card number.
Why we collect it. To deliver the audit you bought, to email you about it, and to keep records of the sale. That's all.
Who we share it with. Our email provider and our payment processor, Stripe, because we can't send you email or take your money otherwise. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with advertisers. Ever.
How long we keep it. We keep your report and correspondence so we can answer questions later. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except for records we need to keep for tax and accounting purposes.
Your choices. Email jake@tradesaudit.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop hearing from us. We act on these within a few days, not the maximum the law allows.
Prospects who didn't buy. If we emailed you first, we found your business through public listings such as Google Maps or your own website. Reply asking us to stop and you'll never hear from us again. We keep a record of your address for the sole purpose of making sure we don't contact you by accident.

The agreement. When you purchase an audit, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, don't purchase.
What you owe us. Accurate information about your business, and the right to request the audit, meaning you own or are authorized to act for the business being audited.
Ownership. The finished report is yours. Use it, share it with your team, hand it to a contractor. Our rubric, templates, and methodology remain ours, and the report isn't a license to resell audits.
Not professional advice. The report is marketing and business analysis. It is not legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice, and it isn't a substitute for any of them.
Limit of liability. Our total liability for anything arising out of your purchase is capped at what you paid us. We're not liable for lost profits or other indirect damages. Since the refund is unconditional, the worst realistic outcome for you is a few days of waiting.
Cancellation by us. We may decline or refund any order, including if the business is outside the work we do well or if we can't complete a fair analysis. You get every dollar back.
Changes. We may update these policies. The version in force for your purchase is the one published on the day you bought.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
